Rotterdam 6-daagse
With January's arrival that mean's four days before Dean Tracy and David are off to the Robobank 6-daagse in Rotterdam.
Dean was invited to race the 6-daagse, by the promoter himself, he will be the lone American in Rotterdam. He will be racing against some of the best track racers in the world -we wish Dean the best of luck.

Happy New Year
Another year under the belt. The champaign has been put away, and the spring race season is just around the corner. I'm really stoked about being part of Rubicon this year, and think the team is going to have a blast.
Training in Oregon is 100% better than the Phoenix metropolitan. I have a lot of friends that are heading down to Tucson right now for the sun, and I have to say it is the first time I am not jealous. The terrain here is so diverse. You can go train in the hills for a day and then turn around and ride in flat windy conditions the following. Plus, I would say this is the capital of the coffee shop rides...! Everywhere you go there is a coffee shop just waiting for you.
Post Christmas Eve Stomach Training Wrap-Up
Christmas is a big deal around here, so I don't joke around when it comes to my pre-christmas preparations.
THE EVE
Everyone knows the importance of hydration, so in the days leading up to christmas I make sure to take in plenty of fluids. Fortunately coffee and beer are mostly made of water, so I don't actually have to change much in my daily routine in order to achieve this.
Work
I have to go to sensitivity training this Saturday.
That's right. Instead of riding, working, lifting or sleeping, I'll be sitting in an uncomfortable chair staring at my watch, not listening to some skinny geek talk about how to be more sensetive to my fellow employees.
Anyone who knows me will tell you that I'm already probably the most sensitive guy on the planet. I'm so sensetive that one time after I had crashed three guys in a kierin, I apologised to one of them, and didn't even kick any of them when they were down. Sensitive.
